Kharay Masalay ka Keema

Ingredients:

  • Beef Mince                             ½ kg
  • Garlic Paste                            1 tbsp
  • Finely Chopped Onions                    2
  • Whole Black Pepper                1 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds                            1 tsp
  • Black Cardamoms                         3-4
  • Cinnamon                             2-3 sticks
  • Cloves                                 4-5
  • Bay Leaves                            2-3
  • Crushed Red Chili                         1 tbsp
  • Green Chilies                             5- 6
  • Coriander Leaves                         ½ bunch
  • Ginger (Finely Sliced)                    1 inch piece
  • Oil                                     4-5 tbsp
  • Salt                                     to taste

Method:

  1. Take a cooking pan add 4-5 tbsp of oil , heat the oil add 1 tsp of whole black pepper corns
  2. Add 1 tsp of whole cumin seeds, 3-4 black cardamoms
  3. Add 2-3 strands of cinnamon, 4-5 cloves, 2-3 bay leaves stir fry when its popping
  4. Then add 2 finely chopped onions, 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste and fry
  5. When the onion are light brown add ½ kg of beef mince mix it well and roasted.
  6. When the mince is almost tender add ½ bunch of coriander, 5-6 green chilies mix it well and steam it
  7. When the steam is done take it out in a serving bowl and serve it.
