Khajoori Puri by Chef Rida Aftab in Tarka

Ingredients:
Flour                  ½ kg
Salt                    ½ tsp
Oil                 2 tbsp
Luke Warm Water   as required  
Ghee                  for frying
For Filling
Almonds               50 gms
Pistachios               50 gms
Currants                     50 gms
Dates                 250 gms
Cardamom Powder          ½ tsp
Oil                  as required

Method:
•    In a pan, add flour, salt and oil. With luke warm water, knead the dough and leave it for an hour.
•    Now shape the dough into small balls, coat with a little ghee and leave to rest for a while.
•    To prepare filling, in a chopper, add almonds, pistachios, currants, dates, cardamom powder and process.
•    Make the small roti add filling and fold it. Press the corner with the help of fork.
•    Heat oil and fry the puris untill golden brown.
