Vegetable Brown Bread by Chef Gulzar at Dawat

Ingredients

Whole Grain Flour                         300 grams
Yeast                                 1to1-1/2 tbsp
Crushed Sweet Corns                    ½ cup
Finely Chopped Capsicum                 1
Finely Chopped Carrots                    1
Finely Chopped Olives                     Half
Baking Powder                         2 tbsp
Egg                                    2
Sugar                                 1 tsp
Olive Oil                                 ½ cup
Salt                                     to taste

Method
Take a luke warm water add 1-1/2 tbsp of yeast and add 1 tsp of sugar mix well and leave it for 15 minutes. Take a mixing bowl add yeast mixture, 300 grams of whole grain flour, ½ cup of finely slice olives, 1 finely chopped capsicum, 1 finely chopped carrot, 1/2 cup of finely chopped sweet corns, add 2 eggs, 2 tbsp of baking powder, add to taste salt and add ½ cup of olive oil mix it well to make a soft dough and leave it for 2-3 hours and place the dough in any warm place. Now take a mold add the dough and leave it for ½ an hour. Now place the mold in a preheated oven and bake it for 10-15, on 200 C. At last when it’s done take it out in a platter and cut into slices and serve it. Now vegetable brown bread is ready.
