Buttermilk Ranch Sauce by Zarnak Sidhwa at Food Diaries

Ingredients:

• Sour cream 1/2 cup
• Garlic (crushed) 1 clove
• Buttermilk 1 tbsp
• Mayonnaise 1 tsp
• Lemon juice 1/2 tsp
• Salt 1/4 tsp
• Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
• Sugar 1/4 tsp
• Italian seasoning a pinch

Method:

1. Whisk all ingredients well to combine
2. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
