Peanut Tomato Rice

Peanut Tomato Rice
Ingredients
Sela Rice 300 grams
Chopped Garlic 5-6
Onion 1
Chopped Garlic 5-6
Tomatoes (4 Slices) 3-4
Tomato Paste 4 tbsp
Cumin Powder ½ tsp
All Spice Powder ½ tsp
Crushed Black Pepper ½ tsp
Roasted Peanuts ½ cup
Oil 2-3
Salt to taste
Method
Take 300 grams of sela rice wash and clean it and soaked for 2 hours hard boil the rice and strain it and set aside. Now take a cooking pan add 2-3 tbsp of oil add 5-6 chopped garlic and 1 finely chopped onion and fry add 4 tbsp of tomato paste, ½ tsp of cumin seeds, ½ tsp of all spice powder, ½ tsp of crushed black pepper, mix it well. Now add 3-4 tomatoes (4 sliced) and roasted when the tomatoes are almost tender add ½ cup of roasted peanuts and boiled sela rice and steam it, when the steam is done take it out in a serving platter. Now tomato peanut rice is ready.
