French Salad

Ingredients:

  • Lettuce Leaves 3-4
  • Carrot 1
  • Boiled Potatoes (Sliced) 1
  • Tomatoes (Sliced) 1
  • Spring Onion (Sliced) 2-3 strands
  • Boiled Eggs (Sliced) 1-2
  • For Dressing
  • Ketchup 1 cup
  • Garlic Paste 4-5 cloves
  • Onion 1
  • Red Chili Paste 1-2 tbsp
  • Vinegar ½ cup
  • Thyme 1/3 tsp
  • Oil 1-2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. For dressing: Take a cooking pan add 1-2 tbsp of oil and add 1 cup of ketchup 4-5 cloves of garlic,
  2. Add  1 onion, 1-2 tbsp of red chili paste ½ cup of vinegar , 1/3 tsp of thyme
  3. Add to taste mix it well and roasted and blend it in blender to make a paste.
  4. For salad: Take a mixing bowl add 3-4 lettuce leaves, 1 slices carrot ,boiled sliced potatoes,
  5. Add 1 sliced tomatoes, 2-3 slices spring onion and 1-2 boiled eggs
  6. Add dressing tossed it and now mix it well mix it well and serve it
