Ingredients:
Mince 750 gms
Onions 2
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
Tomatoes Paste 2 tbsp
Green Chilies Paste 4
Red Chili Powder 1-1/2 tbsp
Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Spinach (boiled) 1 cup
Oil 1 cup
Ash (boiled, noodles) 1 packet
Yogurt 1 kg
Dry Mint Leaves 1 tbsp
Chick Peas (boiled) 250 gms
Beans (boiled) 250 gms
For Tempering:
Ghee 2 tbsp
Red Chilies 1 tsp
Method:
• In a pan, heat oil add onions and fry , take it out until soft.
• Add mince and little fry.
• Then add ginger garlic paste, green chilies paste, red chili paste, tomatoes paste, coriander powder, salt , spinach and fry.
• Boiled 1 packet of ash and then beat it yogurt.
• Now add dry mint leaves, garlic cloves mash and mix it.
• In ash add yogurt mixture, boiled chick peas, boiled beans and mix it ,take it out in a dish.
• Sprinkle tempering.
• After this add mince and serve it.
For tempering:
• In a pan, heat ghee add red chili powder.
• Tempering is ready.
