Coconut Jelly Serve In Coconut Shell
Ingredients
Green Coconut 1
Icing Sugar 2-3 tbsp
Coconut Milk 1 cup
China Grass 1 packet
Rose Petals as required
Method
Take 1 coconut cut into the middle separate the pulp and water. Now take a cooking pan add coconut water or 1 cup of coconut milk, 1 packet of china grass and cook when the china grass is dissolved add 2-3 tbsp of icing sugar and cook then add coconut pulp and cook whet its done take it out in coconut shell and garnish with rose petals and serve it.
