Aalu ki Subzi
Ingredients:
Potatoes (peeled, crushed & boiled) ½ kg
Oil (sliced) 2
Turmeric 1 tsp
Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
Green Chilies (chopped) 4
Oil ¼ cup
For Baghar:
Mustard Seeds 1 tsp
Fenugreek Seeds ¼ tsp
Curry Leaves 20
Method:
Heat oil and add oil ingredients of baghar.
Now fry onions for 5 min in another pan, add garlic paste, turmeric and green chilies. Fry well
Add potatoes, salt and mix well.
Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add coriander leaves along with baghar and serve.
