Kalay Channay Ki Curry
Ingredients
Black Chick Peas 300 grams
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Tomatoes (Cube) 2-3
Finely Chopped Onion 2
Crushed Red Chili 1-1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
All Spice Powder 1 tsp
Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
Fenugreek Leaves 1 tsp
Tamarind Paste ½ cup
Finely Chopped Coriander ½ bunch
Whole Green Chilies 5-6
Olive Oil 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Method
Take a cooking pan add 1 tsp of olive oil , heat the oil add 2 finely chopped onion, fry now add 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, 1-1/2 tbsp of crushed red chilies, 1 tsp of turmeric powder mix it well and roasted all spices. Now on a meanwhile take a cooking pan heat some olive oil add 300 grams of boiled black chick peas add 1 tsp of fenugreek leaves, 1tsp of crushed black pepper, ½ cup of tamarind paste, ½ bunch of finely chopped coriander, 5-6 green chilies, mix well now add the spices mixture and cook 3-5 minutes more. At last take it out in a serving bowl and garnish with 2-3 cubes tomatoes mix it well and serve it.
