Ingredients:
- Chicken Breasts 1
- Finely Chopped Carrots 1
- Finely Chopped Capsicum 1
- Onion (Sliced) 1
- Finely Chopped Garlic 5-6 cloves
- Coriander ½ bunch
- Green Chilies 2-3
- Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
- Cottage Cheese 100 grams
- Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Take 1 chicken breast cut into the middle and make it a pocket.
- Now take a mixing bowl add 1 finely chopped carrot, 1 finely chopped capsicum,
- Add sliced onion, 5-6 finely chopped garlic cloves, ½ bunch of coriander
- Add 2-3 green chilies, 1 tsp of crushed black pepper, 100 grams of cottage cheese, 2 tbsp of lemon juice, 2-3 tbsp of oil
- Add to taste salt mix it well and fill the stuffing in the chicken pockets and close it. now take a steamer
- Add it into the steamer and steam it and slightly fry it.
- At last cut and take it out in a serving platter and pour the sauce on the top of it and serve it. into pieces
