Ingredients:
- Chicken (Boneless, cubed) ½ kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
- White Cumin (Roasted, ground) 1 tsp
- Onion Paste 2
- Salt To taste
- Lemon 2
- Green Chilies Paste 3
- Coriander Seeds 1 tbsp
- Black Peppercorns 1 tsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Butter 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat 1 cup oil in a handi and add 3 raw and ground onions.
- Fry till they turn slightly pink.
- Now add ½ kg boneless chicken, 1 tsp turmeric, salt and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
- Cook till the water in the handi is compleltly dried.
- Now add 4 finely chopped tomatoes, 1 tbsp crushed red chili and 1 tsp ground all spice.
- Cook well then add 1 tsp crushed black pepper,
- Add 1 tsp roasted and ground cumin and lemon juice.
- Leave the handi on dum and add butter before covering the lid.
- After 5 minutes add 2 tbsp finely chopped ginger,
- Add 6 green chilies and 1 bunch coriander leaves. Serve hot
