SUFAID CHANAY KA PULAO
Ingredients:
Rice ½ kg
Chick Peas (boiled) ½ kg
Green Chilies 10
Tomatoes 375 gms
Garlic Cloves 6 bulb
Ginger 1 piece
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Onions 2
Water 3 glass
Cumin Seeds 2 tsp
Black Peppercorns 1 tsp
Oil ½ cup
Method:
• In a pan, heat oil add onions untill brown.
• Now add ginger, garlic, tomatoes paste, green chilies, turmeric powder, salt, cumin seeds, black peppercorns and fry well.
• Then add water, boiled chick peas.
• When boil comes add soaked rice and cook.
• When water dries, let it simmer and after 10 minutes removes from the stove.
• Sufaid Chanay ka Pulao is ready.
