SUBZI AUR QEEMAY KI BIRYANI
Ingredients:
Beef (mince) 1 kg
Rice (boiled) ½ kg
Potatoes 2
Carrots 2
Capsicums 2
Onion 1
Tomatoes ½ kg
Lemons 4
Red Chilies (crushed) 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Plum 50 gms
Black Cumin Seeds 2 tsp
Black Peppercorns 1 tsp
Star Anise Seeds 6
Yellow Food Color as required
Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Method:
• In a pan, add potatoes,capsicums, carrots fry and take it out.
• In another pan, add onions until brown.
• Add mince.
• In a mince add tomatoes, crushed red chilies, turmeric powder, salt, plum, black cumin seeds, black peppercprns, star anise seeds, ginger garlic and cover it 10 to 15 minutes.
• Now add fried vegetables, lemon slices and boiled rice.
• In the end, add yellow food color and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
