Ingredients:
- Beef (boiled) ½ kg
- Tomatoes ½ kg
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Red Chili Powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Coriander Powder 2 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Black Cumin Seeds 2 tsp
- Green Cardamoms 6
- Salt 1 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder 2 tsp
- Cinnamon 1 piece
- Bay Leaves 2
- Ghee 1 cup
- Onion Paste 1 cup
Method:
- In a pan, heat ghee add cinnamon, bay leaves, green cardamoms, black cumin seeds.
- When aroma comes add onions paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste and fry.
- Now add beef cook on high flame.
- After this, in tomatoes add yogurt mix and chopped it.
- When water dries add beef and fry, removes from the stove.
