Ingredients:
- Of Making Kabab:
- Mince 1/2kg
- Bengal Gram (boiled) 1 cup
- Button Red Chilies 12
- Salt 1 tsp
- Onion 1
- Fennel Seeds 1tbsp
- Whole Coriander 1 tbsp
- Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
- Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
- Black Cardamoms 2
- Eggs 2
- Oil for frying
- Ingredients Of Making Biryani:
- Rice (boiled) ½ kg
- Boneless Chicken ½ kg
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Green Chilies Paste 2 tbsp
- Cardamoms 6
- Black Cumin Seeds 2 tsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Kehwra Essence ½ tsp
- Yellow Food Color ½ tsp
- Mint Leaves 1 bunch
- Onion 1
- Oil ½ cup
- Bay Leaves 2
Method:
- For making kabab:
- In a pan, add bengal gram, mince, button red chilies, salt, onion, fennel seeds, whole coriander, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste,cardamoms , water and cook it.
- When all ingredients are tenders , dries water and let it cool.
- Then add eggs make kabab shape and fry in heat oil.
For making biryani: - In a pan, add chicken , water and boil it.
- When chicken are tenders, 1 cup water are left and removes from the stove.
- In another pan, heat oil add onion and fry.
- Then add black cumin seeds, cardamoms, bay leaves, ginger garlic paste, green chilies paste, salt and fry.
- Now add boiled rice, stock and mix.
- Pour yellow food color, kehwra essence, mint leaves, prepared shami kabab, let it simmer for half an hour .
- Delicious shami kabab biryani is ready.
