Ingredients
Beef (With Bone) ½ kg
Fried Onion 2
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
Apricots ½ cup
Almonds ½ cup
Cashew Nuts ½ cup
Raisins 20 grams
Plums ½ cup
Yogurt 1-1/2 cup
Tomatoes 2-3
Cinnamon 2-3 sticks
Cloves 3-4 sticks
Green Cardamoms 4-5
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Cumin Powder ½ tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
All Spice Powder ¼ tsp
Crushed Black Pepper ½ tsp
Oil ½ cup
Salt to taste
Method
Take a cooking pan add ½ cup of cooking oil add 2-3 sticks of cinnamon , 3-4 cloves, 4-5 green cardamoms when its popping then add 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste and add ½ kg of beef and roasted. Add 2-3 tomatoes, 1 tsp of coriander powder, 1 tbsp of red chili powder, ¼ all spice powder, ½ tsp of crushed black pepper and to taste roasted. Now add 1-1/2 cup of yogurt mix it well when its dissolve add 1 fried onions , add ½ cup of apricots, ½ cup of almonds, ½ cup of almonds, ½ cashew nuts, 20 grams of raisins, ½ cup of plums, mix it well and cook until make a paste like. At last 1 rest of the fried onion mix it will take it out in a serving dish.
