Ingredients:
- Tamarind 250 grams
- Ginger Paste 1 tsp
- All Spice Powder ½ tsp
- Sugar ½ cup
- Crushed Black Pepper ½ tsp
- Lemon Juice ½ cup
- Mint Leaves ½ bunches
- Black Salt 1 tsp
- Salt as required
- Ice Cubes as required
Method:
- Take 250 grams of tamarind soak into water.
- When it’s soft then separate it with seeds.
- Take a blender add tamarind pulp and water blend it and strain it with cloth.
- Add 1 tsp of ginger paste, ½ tsp of all spice powder, ½ cup of sugar.
- Add ½ tsp of crushed red chili, ½ cup of lemon juice, ½ bunch of mint leaves, 1 tsp of black salt.
- Add salt mix it well and blend it again.
- At last add as required mix it well and serve it.
