Ingredients:
Mutton ½ kg
Coconut Powder 2 tbsp
Coconut Flakes 2 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder ½ tbsp
Crushed coriander seeds 2 tbsp
Cloves 4
Black Peppercorns 6
Cinnamon 1 piece
Poppy seeds 2 tbsp
Green chilies 4
Chopped onion 3
Salt to taste
Oil 1 cup
Green coriander 1 bunch
Mint leaves 1 bunch
Curry Leaves few
Make small pieces of mutton and add in salt, 1 tsp turmeric, 2 tbsp chopped coriander, red chili and ginger garlic paste. in blender, add in 2 tbsp coconut powder, fresh coconut, black pepper, poppy seeds, 1/2 tbsp white cumin and cinnamon. Add some water in the blender and blend it. In the pan, add in 1 cup oil and fry onion till it is golden brown. Take it out on a tissue paper. Then in oil, add in curry leaves and meat. Cook it well. When the water dries, add in the dry mixture. Cook it and add in water. Cook it. simmer it and serve.
