Ingredients:
Rice 2 cups
Green Chilies (julienned) 8
Ginger (finely chopped) 2 tbsp
Soya Sauce 1 tsp
White Vinegar 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1 cup
Sugar 1 tsp
Chicken Powder 1 tbsp
Spring Onion Leaves (chopped) ½ cup
Method:
Wash rice and boil it with salt and 1 tbsp white vinegar. Boil till they are ¾ done, drain water and leave it to simmer.
Heat 1 cup oil in a wok and fry ginger and green chilies, add rice to it with 1 tsp soya sauce, 1 tso sugar and 1 tbsp chicken powder. Mix well.
Lastly add spring onion leaves before serving.
