Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe by Zarnak Sidhwa in Food Diaries

Ing :
3 tbsp Oil
½ kg Mutton Mince
1 large Onion, Chopped
1 tbsp Flour
2 Garlic Cloves Crushed
4 tbsp Tomato Puree
4 Tomatoes Chopped
Chicken or Beef Stock Cube as required
Salt and Pepper         to taste
500gm Spaghetti
Parmesan Cheese Grated  as required

Method :
Heat 2 tbsp oil and add the onion, sauté, add mince and keep frying till colour changes. Add flour, garlic, tomato puree, let cook. Dissolve stock cube in a cup of water and add to mince. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper and let cook till mince is done. Boil spaghetti in salty water and add remaining 1 tbsp of olive oil. Drain when done. Drizzle some extra oil so spaghetti does not stick. Divide spaghetti amongst individual bowls or a large platter and ladle the mince sauce over and serve immediately sprinkled with parmesan cheese.
