Ingredients :
Eggs 3
Caster Sugar 3/4 cup
Vanilla Essence 1tsp
Chocolate 1/3 cup
Butter ½ cup
Cocoa Powder ½ cup
Method :
In a bowl, set on a pan of simmering water, melt chocolate, remove from fire and then add butter, sugar and vanilla essence to it. Keep stirring till sugar dissolves. Now add eggs one at a time and the sifted cocoa powder and mix well. Pour in a 6 inches tin and bake in the oven at 160 degrees C for 20-25 minutes or till a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center.
