Ingredients:
Chicken Wings 1 kg
Garlic Crushed 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Oil to fry
Butter 1/4 cup
Chili Sauce 2 tsp
White Vinegar 1 tsp
Method:
Marinate wings with garlic paste and salt and pepper. Set aside for a while. Heat the oil and deep fry the wings until golden brown and crisp, remove them and drain well. Once wings have drained a bit, place them in a large bowl. Melt butter in a saucepan. Mix in chilli sauce and vinegar. Pour melted sauce over the cooked wings, and mix to coat the wings with sauce.
