Ingredients :
For Crust :
2 cups Cookie Crumbs
3 tbsp Butter Melted
For Filling :
1/2 cup Cream Cheese
3/4 cup Caster Sugar
3/4 cup Hazelnut Spread
1 tsp. Vanilla Essence
2 cups Cream
Method : for the crust, mix the cookie crumbs with the butter and press onto the sides and base of a 9 inch tin and freeze till set.
For the filling, beat cream cheese and caster sugar until smooth. Add vanilla essence and 1/2 cup Nutella . Mix until well blended. Add whipped cream and mix well. Pour into frozen pie shell. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours. Drizzle 1/4 cup Nutella over top before cutting in slices and serving.
