MEETHI TIKIYAAN Recipes in Lively Weekends with Kiran Khan

Ingredients:

  • Maida                                   2 cups
  • Sugar                                    ½ to 1 cup
  • Sooji                                     2 spoons
  • Ghee                                     2 spoons
  • Illaichi (Powder)                    1 pinch
  • Milk                                       1 cup
  • Oil                                         As needed

Method:

  1. Sab se pehle maiday mein ghee, sooji, cheeni aur illaichi powder daal kar mix karlein
  2. iss ke baad isko milk se gondheim
  3. Phir ek ghanta rakh dein taake tamam cheezain achi tarah mix ho jayein
  4. phir isko moti roti ki tarah bail lein aur shapes ki madad se kaat lein
  5.  phir is ko oil/ghee mein deep fry karein halki aanch pe.
  6. Jab light sa brown colour hojaye to nikaal lein, or Tikkiya taiyyar.
