Ingredients.
Milk 1 kg
V small size Macaroni one n a half cup
Sugar half cup
Khoya 100 grms
Vanila Custard powder 1tbls
Almonds n Pistachio finely sliced 4 Garnishing
Small cardamon 4to 5 crushed
Method.
Boil 5 cups water in A Pan as it comes to boil add macroni to it Just give 1 boil n seve it Put 1kg milk in a Pan as it comes to boil add macroni to it Add sugar n 1tbls. Vanila custard Powder mix with a little water to it Mix Well n keep on Stirring till it bcomes Thick let it cool 4 sometime crush the Khoya Finely n add to the Kheer Mix well n pour it in a Dish Garnish with Almonds n Pistachio Serve it When it is Tooo Cold
