Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
- noodles 1 pk
- green bell pepper 1
- onions 2
- carrots 2
- salt as per taste
- red chilly 1 tsp
- blk pepper 1/2 tsp
- mayonnaise 2 Cups
- vinegar 1-2 tbsp
- soya sauce 1-2 tbsp
Method:
- Boil chicken and set aside.
- boil noodles and set aside
- cut vegetables in small cubes
- Sauce:
- take mayo and water in pan and add all salt,pepper,vinegar,soya sauce, and cook it until thickens.
- add all vegetables and turn the heat off.
- layer noodles then chickens and the sauce and garnish with tomato ketchup.
