Ingredients:
- Chicken (8 pieces) 1 kg
- Corainder leaves ½ bunch
- Mint Leaves 12
- Salt 1 ½ tsp
- Yogurt 4 tbsp
- Green Chilies 8
- Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Ingredients for Batter:
- Flour 4 tbsp heaped
- Gram Flour 4 tbsp
- Rice Flour 4 tbsp
- Eggs 2
- Green Masala (ground) 1 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
Method:
- Grind coriander, green chilies and mint with yogurt and egg
- Now marinate chicken in this for 2 hours then steam for 20 minutes, till nearly done.
- Remove and cool.
- Make batter with all the given ingredients dip chicken in prepared batter and deep fry.
- Sprinkle with Chaat masala
