Kashmiri Gushtaba

Masala TV recipe of Kashmiri Gushtaba by Chef Zakir from Dawat. This mouth-watering “Latest” recipe for Kashmiri Gushtaba can be prepared in 30 minutes and serves 2-4 people.
Recipe Ingredients

Boneless mutton ½ kg
Kidneys fat50 gm
Milk ½ liter
Yoghurt 250 gm
Khoya250 gm
Ghee2 tbsp
Fennel seed 1tsp
All spice powder1 tsp
Black pepper1 tsp
Ginger paste½ tsp
Coriander powder ½ tsp
Sugar½ tsp
Cardamoms ½ tsp

Recipe Method

1. put the boneless meat and fat in a chopper and chopperize finely.
Add cardamom powder, a little salt and 1 tsp ginger powder.
3. After mixing well make round balls about 3 inches diameter.
4. Heat oil in a large vessel, add salt, and one liter water.
5 Add sugar, khoya, yogurt, all spice and salt to taste.
6. Pour in the milk, add the koftas and simmeruntil the liquid evaporates and the koftas are very tender.
