Badam Ka Sharbat Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cups Almonds
  • 2 tspCrushed green cardamoms
  • 2cups Sugar
  • 4 big cups Water

Method:

  1. Soak the almonds in good amount of water for overnight.
  2. Peel the outer covering.
  3. Combine the sugar, water and crushed green cardamoms in a big pan.
  4. Boil the mixture until it stands to one sugar syrup strand.
  5. Let it cool aside.
  6. Now add some syrup to almonds and grind it to a fine paste.
  7. Fill the sharbat in an air tight bottle.
  8. While serving add some ice-cubes and chilled water.
