TUTTI FRUTTI PIE by Shireen Anwar at Masala Mornings

Ingredients:
Candi biscuits crushed 2½ cups
Butter 4 oz melted
Ingredients for filling:
Cream Cheese 200 gms
Whipped cream 200 gms
Fruit cocktail 1 large can
Suree coconut cream ½ cup
Caster sugar ½ cup
Tutti frutti essence ½ tsp
Orange jelly 1 packet dissolved in ¾ cup water

Method:
Crushed biscuits mixed with butter spread in a rectangular Pyrex dish.
Method for filling:
Beat cream cheese with caster sugar, tutti frutti essence and coconut cream. Fold in whipped cream and spread mixture on the biscuit base. Top with fruit cocktail. Brush with jelly. serve chilled.
