Ingredients:
- finger fish 750g
- White vinegar 1/2cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
- Salt 1/4tsp
- Gram flour 1cup
- Rice (flour) 1tbsp
- Mustard oil 2tbsp
- Carom seed 1-1/2tsp
- Green chili (powder) 2tbsp
- Red chili (powder) 1tsp
- Turmeric 3/4tsp
- Oil for frying
- Soda 2 pinch
- Spices ingredients:
- Tartric powder 1tbsp
- Coriander dried 1tbsp
- Aniseed (powder) 1/2tsp
- Cumin (roasted) 1tsp
- Salt 1/2tsp
- Black pepper (powder) 1/2tsp
Method:
- Dip the finger fish in white vinegar for 30mins.
- Now add salt, red chili powder, turmeric, gram flour, rice flour
- Add soda and mustard oil and set it for 30mins more.
- Now fry the fish and sprinkle spices and serve it hot.
- For spices add tartric powder, dried coriander, aniseed
- Add roasted cumin and black pepper to crush these ingredients and sprinkle over the fish and serve.
