Zatar Bread By Shireen Anwar At Masala Mornings

Ingredients for dough:
Flour                 3 cups
Instant yeast             1½ tsp
Oil                     ¼ cup
Sugar                 1 tbsp
Lukewarm water         to knead
Ingredients for topping:
Zatar                 ½ cup
Sumac                 3 tbsp
Sesame seeds         2 tbsp
Oil                     1 cup

Method for dough:
Put all the ingredients in a bowl. Knead with lukewarm water into a soft dough. Knead well. Leave it to rise for 30 mins. Then make into small rounds. Keep aside.

Method for topping:
Put all the given ingredients in chopper and chopperize. Spread on small flat bread and bake on 180 degrees for25 mins. Serve hot.
