Ingredients:
- Wheat Flour 1 ½ cup
- Gram flour half cup
- Flour ½ cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili powder half tsp
- Turmeric half tsp
- Yoghurt ½ cup to 1 cup
- Fenugreek (chopped) 2 bunches
Method:
- In a bowl mix together wheat flour gram, flour, salt, chili powder, turmeric,
- Add yoghurt, fenugreek leaves mix well and knead into dough.
- Don’t use water to knead the dough,
- Leave the dough for 30 min makes into balls.
- Roll roti and cook on tawa adding 1 tbsp oil.
