Ingredients:
- Large Elbow (boiled) 1 packet
- Prawns ½ kg
- Onion 1
- Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
- Capsicum 1
- Spring Onion 250 gms
- Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
- Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
- Cabbage (chopped) 1 cup
- Tomatoes 2
- Green Chilies 2
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Method:
- In a wok, heat oil add onion and fry.
- Now add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, red chili powder, green chilies, prawns and fry well.
- Add water and cook.
- When prawns are tender add boiled large elbow and mix.
- In the end, add spring onions, cabbage, soy sauce, chili sauce, capsicum mix and removes from the stove.
