SEAFOOD PASTA at Tarka by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Large Elbow (boiled)             1 packet
  •  Prawns                     ½ kg
  •  Onion                    1
  •  Ginger Garlic Paste              2 tbsp
  • Capsicum                     1
  • Spring Onion                  250 gms
  • Soy Sauce                       2 tbsp
  • Chili Sauce                      2 tbsp
  • Cabbage (chopped)              1 cup
  • Tomatoes                     2
  • Green Chilies                   2
  • Oil                         4 tbsp
  •  Red Chili Powder                  1 tsp

Method:

  1.    In a wok, heat oil add onion and fry.
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, red chili powder, green chilies, prawns and fry well.
  3.  Add water and cook.
  4.  When prawns are tender add boiled large elbow and mix.
  5.  In the end,  add spring onions, cabbage, soy sauce, chili sauce, capsicum mix and removes from the stove.
