Ingredients:
- Whole Chicken 1
- Yogurt 2-1/2 cup
- Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
- White Vinegar ½ cup
- Salt to taste
- Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Lemon Juice 3
- Black Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
- Potatoes (boiled) as required
Method:
- Mark cuts on chicken.
- Wash it thoroughly and marinate it with yogurt, ginger garlic paste, vinegar, soya sauce and salt.
- Leave it for ½ an hour.
- Cover and cook chicken in a wok on low flame.
