Yogurt Steamed Chicken by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Whole Chicken 1
  • Yogurt 2-1/2 cup
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
  • White Vinegar ½ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Lemon Juice 3
  • Black Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
  • Potatoes (boiled) as required

 

Method:

  1. Mark cuts on chicken.
  2. Wash it thoroughly and marinate it with yogurt, ginger garlic paste, vinegar, soya sauce and salt.
  3. Leave it for ½ an hour.
  4. Cover and cook chicken in a wok on low flame.
