Ingredients:
- Chicken (karahi pieces) 1 kg
- Split Bengal Gram 250 gms
- Dry Fenugreek Seeds 2 tbsp
- Green Chilies 10
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cumin Seeds(chopped) 1 tbsp
- Black Pepper Corns 1 tsp
- Tomatoes Paste ½ kg
- Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
- Ghee 1 cup
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Red Chilies Powder 1 tsp
Method:
- In a pan, heat ghee add ginger garlic.When aroma comes add chicken and fry well.
- Add tomatoes paste, dry fenugreek seeds, turmeric, salt, cumin seeds, black pepper corns, red chili powder and mix well.
