Lemon Garlic Fish by Chef Gulzar in Dawat

Ingredients:

  • Boneless Fish                             300 grams
  • All Purpose Flour                         ½ cup
  • Egg Whites                             2
  • Oil                                     for fry
  • Salt                                     to taste
  • For Lemon Sauce
  • Chicken Cube                             2
  • Lemon (Zest)                            1
  • Lemon Juice                             ½ cup
  • Ginger                                 1 inch piece
  • Brown Sugar                             2 tbsp
  • Garlic (Chopped)                        5-6
  • Crushed Black Pepper                    1 tsp
  • Corn Flour                             2 tbsp
  • Ginger (Slices)                            1 inch piece
  • Oil                                     2 tbsp
  • Salt                                     to taste

Method:

  1. Take 300 grams  boneless fish sprinkle some salt add it to the mixing bowl add 2 egg whites now dip the fish and coat with ½ cup of corn flour.
  2. Now take a cooking pan add the oil, heat the oil and fry the fish and set aside.
  3. Now take another cooking pan heat the oil add 5-6 cloves of garlic and fry. Now take 2 tbsp of brown sugar, 1 tsp of crushed black pepper, ½ cup of lemon juice and add to taste salt mix it well.
  4. Now 2 chicken cubes and as required water and cook when its boiling add 2 tbsp of corn flour mix it well.
  5. Now cut the fish cubes and add it to the sauce. Now take a serving platter.
  6. At last garnish with 1 lemon zest, 1 inch piece of finely chopped ginger (slices).
  7. At last garnish with  1 lemon slices,1 inch piece of finely chopped ginger slices and serve it.
