Mushroom Soup by Chef Gulzar in Dawat

 

Ingredients
Prawns                             300 grams
Mushrooms                         1 cup
Chicken Stock                         1 jug
Finely Chopped Onion                 1
Finely Chopped Garlic                 2-3
Crushed Black Pepper                 1 tsp
White Pepper Powder                 ½ tsp
Butter                             4-5 tbsp
Cream                             1 cup
All Purpose Flour                     2-3 tbsp
Oil                                 2 tbsp
Salt                                 to taste
Coriander or Parsley                 for garnish

Method
Take a cooking pan add 2 tbsp of oil add 2-3 finely chopped garlic cloves , 1 onion  fry for 2-3 minutes then add 300 grams of prawns , 1 cup of mushroom fry on a high flame for 2-3 minutes. Now add ½ tsp of white pepper powder, 1 tsp of crushed black pepper powder add to taste salt add 4-5 tbsp of butter mix it well. Then add 2-3 tbsp of all purpose flour and fry all the ingredients and fry when the all the ingredients are all together add 1 jug of chicken stock cook until its thicken. Now add 1 cup of cream cook  for 1-2 minutes and take it out in a serving bowl garnish with chopped coriander or parsley. Now mushroom soup is ready.
