Ingredients
Boiled Sela Rice 250 grams
Boneless Chicken Strips 250 grams
Finely Chopped Garlic 4-5
Eggs 2-3
Finely Chopped Capsicum 1
Finely Chopped Carrot 1
Finely Chopped Spring Onion 2-3
Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
Chicken Cube 1
Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
Chinese Salt 1 pinch
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method
Take a cooking pan add 2-3 tbsp of oil, heat the oil add 4-5 finely chopped garlic cloves and fry. Now add 250 grams of chicken strips , 1 finely chopped carrot, 1 finely chopped onion then add2-3 eggs mix it well. Now add 1 tsp of crushed black pepper, 1 pinch of salt, add to taste salt, 1 chicken cube, 2 tbsp of soya sauce and cook. Now add 250 grams boiled sela rice mix it well. At last take it out in a serving platter garnish with 2-3 strands of spring onion and serve it.
