Chicken Noodle Soup by Chef Gulzar in Dawat

Ingredients
For Soup
Chicken Bones                         ½ kg
Garlic (Chopped)                         5-6
Ginger (Chopped)                         1 inch piece
Carrot                                 1
Spring Onion                             3-4
For Noodles
Boiled Noodles                         ½ packet
Boiled Spinach                         200 grams
Boiled Chicken                         200 grams
Garlic (Fried)                            ½ cup
Crushed Black Pepper                     1 tsp
Crushed Red Chilies                     1 tsp
White Vinegar                         1 cup
Green Chilies                             5-6
Chinese Salt                             ½ tsp
Salt                                     to taste
Finely Chopped Spring Onion                 for garnishing

Method
For soup: Taka a cooking pan add ½ kg of chicken bones, 5-6chopped garlic, 1inch piece of chopped ginger, 1 carrot, 3-4 spring onion, add 1 jug of water boil them 2-3 hours. Now strain the stock and discard the chicken bones and vegetables. Now add ½ packet of boiled noodles in soup stock, 200 grams of spinach, 200 grams of boiled chicken, then add ½ cup of fried garlic on the top of it, add 1 tsp of black pepper, 1 tsp of crushed red chilies, ½ tsp of Chinese salt and add to taste salt. Now take a blender jug add 5-6 green chilies, 1 cup of vinegar blend it and add on the top of it. At last garnish with finely chopped spring onion and serve it hot.
