Ghota Saag by Chef Gulzar in Dawat

Ingredients
Boiled Spinach                         250 grams
Saag                                 250 grams
Fresh Fenugreek or Dry Fenugreek             as required
Ginger Garlic Paste                         3 tbsp
Onion                                 1
Green Chilies                             3-4
Crushed Red Chilies                          1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder                         1 tsp
Crushed Black Pepper                     ½ tsp
Cumin Powder                         ½ tsp
All Spice Powder                         ½ tsp
Butter                                 4-5 tbsp
Oil                                      3-4
Salt                                     to taste

Method
Take a cooking pan add 250 grams of saag, as required fresh fenugreek or dry fenugreek, 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, 3-4 green chilies, 1 onion and ad required water cook until its water is dry and saag is tender and set aside. Take a cooking pan add 3-4 tbsp of cooking pan, add 4-5 tbsp butter add 1 tbsp rest of the ginger garlic paste and fry. Now add 1 tbsp of crushed red chilies, 1 tsp of turmeric powder, ½ tsp of crushed black pepper, ½ tsp of cumin powder, ½ tsp of all spice powder, add to taste salt and roasted then add saag mix it well and cook. At last take it out in a serving dish and serve it.
