Ingredients
All Purpose Flour ½ kg
Yeast 1-1/2 tbsp
Baking Powder 2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Egg 1
Salt to taste
Method
Take a luke warm water add 1 -1/2 tbsp of yeast and 1 tbsp of sugar mix it well and leave it for 15 minutes. Take a mixing bowl add ½ kg of all purpose flour add to taste salt, 2 tsp of baking powder, add yeast mixture and mix it well to make a dough. Now cover the bowl with plastic cling for 3-4 hours, then take it out the dough with the help of hands and make small balls, roll the dough thickly. Now take a oven tray grease it with some oil and set the dough in the tray and place the dish in preheated oven for 10 minutes on 200 C bake it. Now take it out in a serving platter. Now pita bread is ready.
