Gulzar’s Special Haleem Masala

Ingredients
Rahjishtani Red Chilies                             50 grams
Whole Red Chilies                                 50 rams
Cumin Seeds                                     4 tbsp
Black Cumin Seeds                                 2 tbsp
Coriander Seeds                                 4 tbsp
Black Cardamom Seeds                             2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder                                 2 tbsp
Nutmeg and Mace                                 1 tsp
Cloves                                         5-6
Cinnamon                                     4-5
Tatri                                         1 tbsp
 
Method
First take 50 grams of rajhistani red chilies, 50 grams of whole red chilies, 4 tbsp of coriander seeds, 2 tbsp of black cardamom seeds, 5-6 cloves, 4-5 cinnamon sticks roasted on a fry pan. Now take 4 tbsp of cumin seeds,2 tbsp of black cumin seeds, 2 tbsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of nutmeg and mace powder, mix it well to make powder. Now add 1 tbsp of tatri mix it well then masala is ready. This masala powder is stored on air tight container or jar. This masala is about  3-4 kg of haleem.
