Ingredients:
Chicken breast 2 boiled with salt and pepper and 1 spring onion cool and shredded
Butter 2 oz
Onion 1 chopped
Garlic chopped 1 tsp
Green chilies 2 chopped
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Cream cheese 4 tbsp
Cheddar cheese ½ cup grated
Spring onion ½ cup
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
Spaghetti (crushed & boiled) 1 cup
Ingredients for coating:
Flour 1 cup
Eggs 2 beaten
Panko bread crumbs 1½ cup
Method:
Boil chicken with ginger, water, spring onion, salt and pepper till water dries. Heat butter; add garlic and onion and green chilies. Sauté for 2 mins. Add chicken. Mix and remove. Put all this in a chopper with cream cheese, cheddar cheese and chop well. Shape into crockets. Roll in flour, beaten eggs and finally in bread crumbs. Deep fry or freeze will required.
