Ingredients:
Chicken Breast Fillet 2 flattened
Salt ½ tsp
White Pepper ½ tsp
Mustard Paste ½ tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste ½ tsp
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Worcestershire Sauce 1 tbsp
Flour (to coat) 2 tbsp
Butter 2 oz
Parsley (finely chopped) 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste ½ tsp
White Pepper ¼ tsp
For Grilling:
Oil 2 tbsp
Butter 2 oz
Method:
Marinate chicken breast with salt, white pepper, mustard, ginger garlic paste and lemon juice for ½ an hour. Then fold fillets in dry flour and grill in oil or butter from both sides for 7-8 minutes. Remove in a platter. Heat extra butter and add ginger garlic paste, white pepper and finely chopped parsley, stir and remove and immediately pour over chicken fillet. Serve with fires or mash potatoes
