Ingredients:
Chicken Wings (lollipop shaped) ½ kg
Self Raising Flour ½ cup
Salt ½ tsp
White Pepper ½ tsp
Mustard ½ tsp
Chinese Salt ½ tsp
Chili Garlic Sauce 6 tbsp
Honey 3 tbsp
Sweet & Sour Sauce 4 tbsp
Oil to deep fry
Method:
Dip chicken wings in self-raising flour mixed with salt, white pepper, mustard & Chinese salt. Deep fry wings for 15 min on low flame remove them in a frying pan and add chilly garlic sauce, honey, sweet & sour sauce. Toss well to coat the sauce around wings. Serve immediately
