Palak Puri by Shireen Anwar at Masala Mornings

Ingredients:
Spinach (steamed and pureed)    1 cup
Whole Wheat                    1 cup
Flour                            ¾ cup
Salt                             ½ tsp
Oil                                2 tbsp
Water                            2 tbsp
Suji                                1 tbsp
Oil                                 For Frying
                   
Method:
Wash and chop spinach. Now grind in chopper. Now take suji in a bowl. Add water, oil, salt and mix well. Add in whole wheat add flour with palak puree.
Mix all together and make fine dough. Divide the dough into lemon size balls and roll each into small puri. Deep fry till they get fluffy.
