Ingredients:
Paneer (medium cubed) 200 gms
Onions (ground) 2
Tomatoes (blended) 3
Green Chilies (slit) 4
Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
Cashew Nuts (ground) 10
Oil ¼ cup
Butter 2 oz
Cream 4 tbsp
Chili Powder 2 tsp
All Spice ½ tsp
Coriander 1 tsp
Kasuri Meethi 1 tsp
Salt ¾ tsp
Whole Spice
(Green cardamoms, black cardamoms, badyan 1, 2 button red chilies, cumin tsp)
Sugar 1 tsp heaped
Method:
Heat oil, add whole mix spices with ground onions, fry well. Add butter, slit green chilies, salt, ginger garlic paste and fry well. Add cashew nuts paste, cook for 5 minutes. Now add bleneded tomatoes with chilli powder all spice, coriander, cook till oil separated from curry. Now add cream, paneer cubes, chopped coriander. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Serve with roti
