Ingredients For Roll:
Flour 3 Cups
Yeast 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Powder Milk 2 tbsp
Sesame Seeds For Topping
Egg (Beating) 1
For Filling:
Butter 2 oz
Parmesan Cheese 2 to 3 tbsp
Garlic Paste 1 tsp heaped
Salt ½ tsp
Parsley 1 tbsp
Mixed Herbs 1 tbsp leveled
Method:
Mix together all ingredients for roll in a large bowl and knead with luke warm water into a soft dough. Leave it to rise for an hour.
For filling:
Mix all together.
Now Punch down dough, roll in a long thread,, spread filling on it, roll the dough again like swiss rolls . cut into 1 inch wide slices. Place it on a greased round cake tin and leave it to rose again till the dough is double.. Brush it with beaten egg and sesame seeds. Bake on 200 degree for 15 min
